The dregs of my beetroot juice, backlit in this morning’s sunshineWindow at Þjóðminjasafnið, Reykjavík, Iceland – it was a very grey day, so I was surprised to see how warm the colours glowed! It’s true what they say about the light in Iceland.Quick snooze on the Embankment, in the first of the spring sunshine. Yes, that’s a strawberry lace hanging out her mouth.
I just dropped by to thank you for stopping by and liking my post “Salted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds”. I couldn’t comment anywhere else sorry!
I must say I love the post of the little girl with the twizzler (do you call the lolly that where you are from?) hanging from her mouth – I hope you knew her and didn’t just take a photo of a random! Everything about that photo is perfect!

What do you add into your beet juice? I’m just getting back into using my juicer and I have beets in the fridge! 🙂

If I’m not juicing them, I love roasting them! I add carrots and some apple juice for sweetness.

It’s weird how different places have different names for the same things! Also very glad that child is yours!
