That sounds like it would be really light? We get bin bags full of bramley apples of my mum when hers apples are ready, we make cider, lots of apple pies and this will come in nicely to add too the cakes to make, especially as there is no sugar! 🙂

This was a total little-of-this-little-of-that experiment and it turned out so well, I did it over and over again and gave them out as gifts! It just doesn’t come out as well with GF flour 😦 The semolina is key.
